Unlike the other players in the industry, MBC YACHTS provides exclusive crew management services as per client’s request. The crew is hired keeping in consideration their qualification and skills and handed over to the yacht owner who can then hire them on contractual basis. MBC YACHTS also assists in the making of the hiring contract. The compensation of the crew depends on their qualification as well as the market standards. However, final compensation is approved by the client. The company also helps managing crew expenses by developing an annual budget which may include but not limited to uniforms, subsistence, transportation, accommodation, telecommunications, etc.
The crew, as per normal practice, usually selected by the owners however, depending, on the size of vessels is, either directly or after an introduction and preliminary selection from the Crew management company.In MBC YACHTS selection of the crew will be made on the basis of evaluation of qualifications, experience and salary requirements.We select the crew base on the examination of the qualifications and the evaluation of their abilities and skills overall. After the selection of the crew we can help the owners to arrange a professional contract for hiring the crew on the yearly bases.
